Do your research
The first step in this process, however, is to have a look at the Agent’s website. Have a look at their current advertisements and compare them to others in the area. How do the photos look? Is the advertisement well-written? What features does this Agent deliver which others do not?

3. What websites do you use for internet marketing?

6. Who writes the advertisement for my property?
7. Why should I allow you to sell my property?
